Former Beaver Local head football coach Rich Wright is taking over the program at Wellsville.
Wright's hiring was approved by the Wellsville school board on Monday night.
Wright spent 14 years as head coach at Beaver Local, before resigning in May of 2012. He led the Beavers to six playoff appearances and three undefeated regular seasons during his tenure.
Wright takes over for Dave Skinner, who posted a 32-29 record in six seasons.
