Four area high school football teams will take part in state semifinal action this coming weekend. The dates, times and locations are now all set for the action.

In Ohio Division IV, St. Clairsville will take on fellow unbeaten Creston Norwayne, the defending state champs, at Massillon's Paul Brown Tiger Stadium. The game is Friday at 7:30 p.m.

Also in Ohio, Dover will face Akron St. Vincent St. Mary in a Division III semifinal, also in Massillon. That game is Saturday at 7 p.m.

A pair of OVAC squads are in the West Virginia Class A state semifinals. Two seed Magnolia hosts Wahama Saturday afternoon at 1:30. Also at that time, Madonna heads to top-seed Tucker County.  The winners advance to the state championship game in Wheeling.
