Everybody wants to know who or what is “the best.”

Time and time again, people seek out the top 10 movies, the top-ranked teams, the world’s richest people and the best TV shows.

WTOV9 wants to know who the best high school athletes are! With your help, WTOV9 is compiling a new list of the Best 9 High School Winter Sports Athletes.

We need your help choosing nine girls and nine boys who play winter sports like basketball, swimming and wrestling.

Submit your nominations now through Feb. 20. Then, check back here to see who made the first round. At that time, you’ll be able to vote for your favorite athlete. On March 28, we’ll feature the Best 9 in a special show.
