Eagles WR Brown Doubtful

(Sports Network) - The Philadelphia Eagles will likely take on the St. Louis Rams on Sunday without the services of wideout Reggie Brown.

Brown, who has missed considerable time during the preseason due to a nagging hamstring injury, missed his second straight day of practice on Friday, and is listed as doubtful for Sunday's season opener against the Rams in Philadelphia.

The Eagles are already dealing with the loss of receiver Kevin Curtis, who is out indefinitely after undergoing surgery in August to repair a sports hernia.

Brown, entering his fourth season in the league out of Georgia, had 61 catches for 780 yards and four touchdowns in 2007.
