WTOV9 will broadcast the West Virginia Gubernatorial Debate on Monday Oct. 13 from 7-8:00 p.m.

The debate is hosted by The West Virginia Broadcasters Association and will be moderated by Talkline host Hoppy Kercheval.

W.Va. Gov. Joe Manchin and Sen. Russ Weeks will participate in the debate.
