Aly comes to NEWS 9 after spending the past four years working for the Pittsburgh Pirates.

 

She was an in-game host on the PNC Park videoboard and did feature stories for the team’s website and on-demand cable.  She also covered Duquesne basketball for Sportsradio 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh.

 

Aly is a 2005 graduate of Taylor Allderdice High School in Pittsburgh, where she was a 1,000-point scorer in basketball.  She earned City League honors during all four years of high school.

 

She is a graduate of Chatham University, where she earned an MBA in marketing with a focus in communications.

 

In her free time, Aly enjoys attending sporting events, yoga and traveling.
