General Assignment Reporter
Nate Adams joined the WTOV NEWS9 team in March 2008. He is excited to join a strong and reputable news team that viewers count on to give them their news each and every day.Originally from Boston, he is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey. While attending school, he held internships at ABC News and WABC-TV. He learned how to edit, produce and write news scripts for various news shows when he was at ABC. Immediately after, he was chasing stories with reporters and anchors at WABC-TV throughout the streets of New York City; something he’s wanted to do since the age of 6 when his passion for television news came about.A few interesting things about Nate: He had the honor to carry the Olympic torch during the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Games and was a candidate to be a guest anchor for the third hour of NBC's "TODAY" show in 2007.He enjoys informing the viewers in the Valley about what is going on in their community on daily basis. If you see him around town, say hello. He wants to thank you for watching NEWS9, the Ohio Valley’s No. 1 news station!
