WTOV/ Greater Tri State Hunting and Fishing Show Contest

OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2. Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the WTOV/ Greater Tri State Hunting and Fishing Show Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico), 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of WTOV, WPXI and BP Promotions, and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

3. How To Enter. The Sweepstakes begins on Sunday February 22, 2009. 12:01 a.m. (E.S.T. and ends at 3:00 p.m. (E.S.T.) on March 8, 2009 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Enter by visiting the WTOV/ Greater Tri State Hunting and Fishing Show at the Dillon’s booth.

Mail Entry: To enter by mail, send a postcard with name, address and phone number to WTOV9, 9 Red Donley Pl, Box 9999, Steubenville, OH 43952. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 5, 2009 and received no later than March 6, 2009. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions permitted. Only one (1) entry per outer stamped envelope.

In-Person Entry: Enter in person by completing an Official Entry Form available Dillon Gun smoke lodge booth at the Tri state Hunting and Fishing show March 6-7 and 8th. At 330pm March 8th all entries will be combined and 1 winner will be selected. Winner will be contacted and announced on WTOV9 the week of March 9th.

Sponsors will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late,postage-due, misdirected or illegible entries

4. Winner Selection. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected on March 8, 2009 in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received.

5. Prizes and Odds. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive 3 day black bear hunt at Dillon’s Gun smoke lodge in Brownsville Maine. (actual retail value (“ARV”) $3120.00

Prize includes Three Day Black Bear Hunt for (2) At Dillon’s Gun Smoke Lodge Brownsville Maine (September 21-22 23 2009. Prize includes Lodging, All Meals and Active Bear Stand. Transportation& Taxes NOT Included) The trip package has a total approximate retail value of $ 3120.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.”

6. Winner Notification and Acceptance. Sponsor will notify winners upon verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of sender’s postmark. Failure to timely sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Persons traveling as guest of the Grand Prize Winner must also sign any affidavit or release that Sponsor may require. 7. Participation. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor.

8. Construction. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

9. Sponsor. The WTOV/ Greater Tri State Hunting and Fishing Show Contest s sponsored by WTOV Inc., WPXI, and The Tris State Hunting and Fishing Show. The decisions of Sponsor and Sweepstakes judges regarding the selection of winners, the interpretation of these Official Rules and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Sweepstakes.
