Raw: Snow Blankets Storm Ravaged New York

A Nor-easter has added to the woes of New Yorkers still dealing with the effects of Superstorm Sandy. The thick, wet snow snapped storm-weakened trees and downed power lines, but didn't appear to add much more to the devastation. (Nov. 11)
