Raw: Quake Hits During Maine Town Meeting

The U.S. Geological Survey says a 4.0 magnitude quake hit around 7:12 p.m. Tuesday and its epicenter, about 3 miles west of Hollis Center, Maine, was about 3 miles deep. (Oct. 17)
