Carnival Goes to the Dogs
It's doggy dress up day in Rio de Janeiro. Its iconic Copacabana beach was flooded with colorful pooches and their human companions for the only canine carnival street party in the world. Organizers started the event 11 years ago to raise more awareness for pets, and since then it has grown into a celebration of domestic animals, no matter their breed or running style.
