Caught on video: Driver flees from police with hood up
If you're going to run from the cops, it's probably a good idea to see where you're going. That is difficult when you're hood is up. Such was the case when a motorist took off from cops in California. The chase ended with the officer ramming the suspect in a residential neighborhood.
