Supplies, Troops Flow Into Mali

French soldiers are digging-in in Markala Mali. Anti-tank weapons, heavy machine guns and other supplies are flowing into the region as France makes good on it's promise to help government forces fight Islamist extremists in the north. French officials have said the conflict threatens the security of Africa and the West.
