Britain forces pedophiles to wear GPS tracking devices

Britain will be forcing convicted child molesters to wear GPS-tracking devices, following a recent incident where a convicted pedophile was caught in a child sex ring. The program, which should begin in 2013, will be extended to others considered a threat after their release from jail. The information will be monitored by police and will not be given out to the public. Patrick Jones has the story.
