The First Lady has worn designer Jason Wu's beautiful gowns at official events, but this time she rocked a $40 dress from Wu's Target line. Mrs. Obama gave the dress her own twist, adding a blue cardigan and a red belt. The First Lady looks great, as she has with similar budget outfits in the past. She proves time after time that fashion is affordable for everyone.
