Happy Valentine's Day!  The warmest Valentine's Day in the Ohio Valley was 1949, that's when the thermometer saw a lot of red, as the high temperature reached 64 degrees.  We all had cold feet on Valentine's Day in 1979 when the low temperature dropped to one below zero.  The record snowfall for Valentine's Day is 8.7 inches falling in 1960.  We will see some snow today but temperatures above freezing should prevent any accumulation.
